Program Components

Ideation Stage

This is the discovery phase, where an idea is born and shaped. Founders identify a problem worth solving, explore potential solutions, and test initial assumptions. Activities often include market research, customer interviews, brainstorming, and early concept validation. Support at this stage focuses on mentorship, design thinking, problem–solution fit, and helping founders refine their value proposition and business model before significant resources are committed.

Incubation Stage

In the incubation phase, the idea is turned into something tangible. Teams work on building a minimum viable product (MVP), developing the core technology or service, and validating the solution with real users. Founders also begin setting up the business fundamentals—company formation, early hiring, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. Support here is more hands-on, often including workspace, technical guidance, structured programs, access to mentors, and small amounts of seed funding.

Acceleration Stage

Acceleration is about growth and scale. The startup has a working product, early traction, and a clearer business model. The focus shifts to customer acquisition, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and preparing for larger investment rounds. This stage provide intensive, time-bound support such as advanced mentorship, investor access, pitch refinement, and networking opportunities. The goal is to help startups scale quickly, strengthen their market position, and become investment-ready
