Curriculum Design

Foundational Business Modules

This module builds core business competence through a Harvard-style case method, covering entrepreneurial strategy, scalable business models, finance and investment, digital-age marketing, operations and supply chain management, and leadership development. Participants gain practical skills in capital structuring, fundraising, valuation, customer acquisition and retention, operational efficiency, sustainability, negotiation, emotional intelligence, and building high-performance team cultures.

This module integrates biblical principles with modern business practice, focusing on marketplace ministry, Kingdom economics, and ethical leadership. Participants explore biblical stewardship, integrity, governance, servant leadership modeled after Christ, conflict resolution, and the purposeful creation and deployment of wealth for impact, philanthropy, and societal transformation.

Practical Modules

This hands-on module translates learning into action through business simulation labs that test decision-making under real market pressures, a capstone project centered on building and pitching a scalable business plan, structured mentorship with experienced industry leaders, and the Unicorn Builders’ Masterclass, which provides advanced insights into scaling ventures from concept to billion-dollar valuation.
