04

Accelerate Economic Diversification

Structure and Stages

01

Stage 1 – Outreach & Selection

The program begins with a nationwide application campaign designed to attract high-potential startups across priority sectors. Applications are evaluated by an expert committee based on innovation, scalability, economic and social impact, and alignment with national development goals, ensuring only the most promising ventures progress.

02

Stage 2 – Pre-Pitch
Bootcamp

Selected startups enter an intensive bootcamp focused on strengthening commercial readiness. Founders receive training in business modeling, financial planning, and storytelling for investors, alongside tailored pitch development. Each team is paired with experienced mentors from relevant industries to refine strategy, validate assumptions, and prepare for high-stakes pitching.

03

Stage 3 – Eagle’s Nest
Pitch Event

Startups present their ventures in a live, televised pitch event to a distinguished panel of “Eagles,” including investors, corporate leaders, and sovereign wealth representatives. This stage provides national exposure and direct access to decision-makers. Outcomes may include on-the-spot investment offers, strategic partnerships, or entry into incubation and pilot programs with major institutions.

04

Stage 4 – Post-Pitch
Support

Following the pitch event, successful startups receive structured post-investment support. Funding is deployed subject to due diligence, and founders enter a 6–12 month accelerator program focused on scaling operations and market expansion including access to markets, with a strong emphasis on enterprise partnerships to drive real commercial traction.
