The Manifestation of the Sons of God in the Marketplace
As the world crossed into 2026, believers across nations gathered with expectation at the New Year’s Eve Service with the Man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome. In that prophetic atmosphere, Pastor Chris declared by the Spirit of God that 2026 is the Year of Manifestation.
He explained that this year marks a divine season when what God has already accomplished in Christ and deposited in the believer will now be openly revealed. It is a year of visible Christianity, where spiritual realities become evident results.
Pastor Chris emphasized that manifestation does not begin outwardly. It begins with revelation. What you know determines what you experience.
Understanding Manifestation as Taught
Pastor Chris explained that manifestation is the outward expression of an inward reality. It is not something believers are trying to create. It is something that already exists in the spirit and must now be revealed.
He stressed that nothing manifests without truth. Truth is the foundation. Identity is the framework. Authority is the outcome.
He made it clear that believers are not waiting for God to do something new. God has already done it. What remains is for the believer to understand and walk in it.
The Manifestation of Truth
Pastor Chris taught that truth precedes manifestation. If truth is not known, manifestation cannot occur.
He read from John 8:32:
“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
He explained that freedom is not a prayer point. Freedom is the result of knowing. Until truth is known, bondage persists. When truth is revealed, liberty follows automatically.
He then connected this to Colossians 1:26–27:
“Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints… which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
Pastor Chris emphasized that the mystery is no longer hidden. It has been revealed. Christ is in you. That revelation changes everything.
He explained that many believers live below their inheritance because they have not fully grasped what it means that Christ lives in them. When this truth is understood, fear disappears, limitations break, and boldness emerges.
He further referenced 2 Corinthians 3:18:
“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory.”
He explained that as believers behold the truth of God’s Word, they are transformed. Manifestation follows revelation. What you see in the Word is what you become in life.
In the marketplace, this manifested truth shows up as wisdom, excellence, confidence, and extraordinary results. Believers no longer guess. They know. They no longer struggle. They function with insight.
The Manifestation of the Sons of God
Pastor Chris then declared that the second pillar of 2026 is the Manifestation of the Sons of God.
He read Romans 8:19 aloud:
“For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.”
He explained that the word “revealing” means unveiling. The sons of God have always been here, but they have not always been seen. Now is the time for their unveiling.
He emphasized that creation is waiting, not for religion, not for institutions, but for sons. Sons who know who they are. Sons who understand their authority.
He then read 1 John 3:2:
“Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.”
Pastor Chris explained that sonship is a present reality. “Now are we the sons of God.” Manifestation is about appearing as who you already are.
He followed this with 1 John 4:17:
“As He is, so are we in this world.”
He stressed that this is not future tense. It is now. As Jesus is, so are we in this world. That means the same life, authority, dominion, and victory.
This understanding, he explained, is what produces fearless believers who dominate circumstances rather than submit to them.
The Sons of God in the Marketplace
Pastor Chris explained that the marketplace is one of the clearest arenas for the manifestation of the sons of God.
Business, finance, governance, technology, and trade influence the lives of millions. When sons of God take their place in these spaces, systems change.
The manifestation of the sons of God in commerce looks like:
- Integrity in leadership
- Wisdom in decision-making
- Excellence in execution
- Innovation driven by divine insight
- Prosperity without compromise
He emphasized that believers are not called to survive economies. They are called to shape them.
Dominion Through Sonship
